Chapter Four

On the 51st floor of a high-rise building there was a room overlooking the city, it took up almost the entire floor. Inside this room was a giant round table filled with all sorts of food dishes on a conveyer belt, which revolved around the table. Above the table connected to the ceiling were about twenty television, each one facing a different way so that you could see the TV from anywhere in the room. Around the table each at the 90-degree points were four giant thrones. Each one was jewel encrusted and very elaborate. The throne, which was on the opposite side of the elevator doors, was the biggest of all four. Above the throne were three giant letters, which connected to the ceiling. The letters had Christmas lights on them and they spelled out LEO. In the throne was a man whom was wearing a large plush gown as well as a crown on his head. He was eating grapes that were in a bowl on his right side. The throne on his right had a man with a mask on. The mask was a white black swirl, which met in the middle. He also was wearing a crown. His posture was very good and his demener seemed serious. Above his throne were the letters VORTEX. These letters weren't as big as the first throne. The throne on this man's right had a guy wearing a t-shirt and shorts he had his feet on the table and he was lounging the most out of the three. He had a piece of pizza hanging out of his mouth and down onto his chest. He was asleep in his chair. His crown was around his feet on the table. Above his chair were the letters VIBRATOR. To this man's right was the last throne but this one was empty. Above the chair were the letters JIGSAW. The man in the first throne looked at his watch, and then sighed, he then turned towards the man in the second chair, the distance between the two was about 50 feet, he grabbed a microphone piece which was on the table in front of him and put it on his lapelle. He then spoke to the second man.
"Vortex."
"Yes King Leo?" replied Vortex.
"How long has Jigsaw been gone?"
"About 4 hours your majesty."
"Where'd he go again?"
"He said he was going to get some Funyuns."
"And how long does that take? Twenty minutes?"
"Yes his average time is about Twenty Minutes."
"How long has Vibrator been asleep?" he says looking at the man directly across from him.
"About 3 hours. He fell asleep after you beat him at Parcheesi."
Leo turned his attention away from Vortex. His face looked tired. He stretched and exclaimed, "I AM SO BORED!"
As he said this the elevator door opened. Leo leaned so he could see who it was past Vibrator's throne. But to his disappointment there was no one there. The elevator door closed and Leo leaned back into his chair. He closed his eyes just as Vibrator woke up with a start. His head jerked forward and his pizza fell forward soiling his shirt. He looked disoriented as a severed right hand crawled up his legs and placed itself on the table. It used its fingers to walk along the table towards Leo. Leo opened his eyes to find the hand walking across the table. When the hand got nearer it started to jump up and down. Leo leaned forward, "What is it boy? Jigsaw's in trouble?" The hand fell over and the fingers clenched together, the thumb stuck straight up.
"Did he fall down a well? Is he stuck in the barn?" The hand jumped over and balanced itself on its thumb. "Where is he boy?" The hand fell over and let it's fingers go out then back in then back out then back in. It was beckoning Leo to follow. "Come, Vortex, Vibrator. Jigsaw's in trouble and we need to go save him. Leo stood up, grabbed his jewel-encrusted staff and headed for the elevator. The hand led the way, with Vortex very stoically close behind. Vibrator rocked himself back and forth until he fell out of his chair onto his face. He got up very slowly and walked towards the elevator. "Hurry Up." yelled Leo who had his finger on the door open button. "I'm coming," Vibrator retorted. Once they were all in the elevator the door closed and they went down.
